ASHI CPR, AED, and First Aid and CPR Training Programs Are Current, Evidence‐Based, and conform to the following guidelines:

  • 2015 American Heart Association and American Red Cross Guidelines Update for First Aid (revised/released programs)

We offer Blended learning experiences

Blended learning offers convenience and time efficiencies not possible in traditional classroom training settings.

Online training alone does not meet the first aid and CPR requirements of the US Department of Labor, Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards. Online training must be combined with hands-on practice.

Our Blended programs allow you to START your course Online and Finish with a shortened 1:1 or small group In-Person skills practice session. This is ideal for people who are renewing an expired or soon to expire certificate.

We also offer traditional classroom experiences  4-5 hours in a comprehensive and fun classroom setting that includes skills practice and a written exam.
